All our sessions are suitable for all abilities (please click on the links for more information):

Age 0-4y:

0 - 4 years    "Stay & Play" Parent & Toddler sessions  Parent & child free-play of the whole gym, Monday - Friday, morning and afternoon sessions available (Level 2 coach available)

0 - 4 years    "Little Twisters" Preschool sessions  Monday - Friday, morning and afternoon sessions available (Preschool specialist coach)

Age 4-17y:

4 - 17 years  General Gymnastics sessions*  Monday-Sunday; weekdays from 4pm, Saturdays & Sundays from 9am (Level 1 & 2 coaching available) 

*1, 2 , 3 & 4 hour sessions available to all! 

Gymnasts can train up to 4h per week in our General Gymnastics sessions, without invitation! 

Discounted prices for 2h+

7 - 17 years    "Synergy": combined Gymnastics, Trampoline & Acrobatic Dance class  Fridays 6-8pm (Level 2 & 3 coaches available and guest Dance & Acrobatic professionals)

7 - 17 years    Tumbling  Cheerleading groups welcome! Wednesdays 7-8pm (Level 3 coaches available)

7 - 17 years    Trampoline  Mondays 7-8pm (Level 2 coaches)

Age 18y+:

18-65y+ Adult Gymnastics Mondays 8:00-9:30pm & Thursdays 11:30-1:00pm (Level 2 & 3 coaches available)

4 - 11y   "Amy's Acro" Primary School outreach program Currently at Thorndown, St Ives, and Stukeley Meadows Primary School (Level 1 & 2 coaches available)
