0-4y Parent & Toddler and Preschool (45 minute sessions)
4-17y General Gymnastics (1 and 2 hour sessions)
7-17y Synergy Combined Gymnastics, Trampoline & Acro/Choreography class. (2 hour session)
NEW! 7-17y Cheerleading & Tumbling
At local primary schools:
4-11y Amy's Acro Local Primary School outreach program. (1 hour sessions straight from school)
