Mon 1-4pm: Connection Clinic 1 (Bars & Beam). Building skills and part-routines for increasing difficulty levels for competition
Tue 9-12pm: Beam Clinic. Gaining confidence & learning beam-specific techniques
Tue 1-4pm: Connection Clinic 2 (Bars & Floor). Building skills & part-routines for increasing difficulty levels for competition
*Gymnasts training more than 4 hours per week and working towards competition
