CLASSES WE OFFER

All classes suitable for all abilities: 

Age 0-4y 

0 - 4 years    "Stay & Play" Parent & Toddler sessions  Parent & child free-play of the whole gym, Monday - Friday, morning and afternoon sessions available

0 - 4 years    "Little Twisters" Preschool sessions  Specialist Preschool coaching, Monday - Saturday, morning and afternoon sessions available

4 - 17 years  General Gymnastics sessions*  Level 1 & 2 coaching, Monday-Saturday; weekdays from 4pm, Saturdays from 9am

*1, 2 , 3 & 4 hour sessions available to all! Gymnasts can train up to 4h per week in our general sessions, without invitation! Discounted prices for 2h+

7 - 17 years    "Synergy" combined Gymnastics, Trampoline & Acrobatic Dance class  Level 1, 2 & 3 coaches available and guest Dance & Acrobatic professionals, Fridays 6-8pm

7 - 17 years    Tumbling  (cheerleading groups welcome), Level 3 coaches available, Wednesdays 7-8pm

7 - 17 years    Trampoline  Level 2 coaching, Mondays 7-8pm

18 - 65+ years    Adult sessions**  Mondays 8-9:30pm, Thursdays 11:30-1pm (Level 2 & 3 coaches available)

**Adult sessions cater for all needs: those who want to train skills and possibly compete at Veteran events; those who want to attend structured sessions to improve overall fitness and conditioning; those who simply want to use the gym for their own needs with the guidance of our qualified & experienced staff.

4 - 11y    "Amy's Acro" Primary School outreach program, 1 hour sessions straight from school, Mondays at Thorndown (St Ives) & Wednesdays at Stukeley meadows (Huntingdon)
